How does billing work?
All vendor subscriptions are handled by the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android). Start your free trial or pick a plan inside the Crave Catcher app — Apple or Google bill your regular payment method.
What happens after the 14-day free trial?
If you don't cancel before the trial ends, your plan renews at the monthly rate shown. You can cancel anytime during the trial to avoid charges.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade from inside the app. Changes follow your app store's standard rules — usually prorated immediately on iOS, effective at the next renewal on Android.
How do I cancel?
Open Settings on your phone → your Apple ID or Google Account → Subscriptions → Crave Catcher → Cancel. Takes about 15 seconds.
Do users need a subscription too?
No. The customer-facing Crave Catcher app is completely free — no subscription, no ads, no catch. Subscriptions are only for vendors who want to broadcast their location, publish a schedule, and grow their following.
